When And Where Is It? Digital Experience! will be held on Wednesday, June 28th, at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York. This event is produced by Pepcom, the same company that hosts the DigitalFocus, MobileFocus, and eFocus press showcases. The event runs from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. This date and time provide the fewest conflicts with other parties and press conferences. Who Participates In This Event? Digital Experience! will be sponsored by more than 30 leading technology companies. Participants at our recent events include industry leaders such as Adobe, Amazon, Canon, Casio, Cisco, Dell, eBay, Epson, Fujifilm, Gateway, HP, Intel, IBM, Kodak, Lucent, Motorola, Microsoft, Mitsubishi, NetFlix, Nikon, Nokia, Olympus, palmOne, Panasonic, Pioneer, Ricoh, RIM, Sony, Sprint, Toshiba, Xerox, Yahoo! and many others. How Does The Event Work? Each sponsor has a linened table (with signage) to hold products and press materials. A complete upscale buffet, including open bars, is provided for the press and analysts. Press arrive and visit the sponsors at their leisure there are no agendas or speeches to dissuade them. Sponsors arrive two hours prior to the event to set up. Power is provided at the table, and high-speed Internet connections and flat-screen displays are available. |

Who Handles The Publicity? The Pepcom media team handles all promotion and invitations for the event. We invite top-tier press and industry analysts, and every attendee gets a comprehensive Digital Experience! CD press kit as they leave. Who Attends This Event? Digital Experience! is for a select group of influential media and analysts only. Every person who attends a Pepcom event is individually credentialed by us. As always, Digital Experience! will be the largest and best-attended media event of the season. Last June, more than 300 press attended Digital Experience!, making it the largest media event of the summer, and one of the biggest of the year! How Many People Can I Bring? Standard sponsors are welcome to bring up to 4 representatives, including company employees and people from your public relations firm. Premier sponsors can bring up to 6 people. However, our experience shows that as few as two people can work a table without any difficulty.
